- Read Colossians 3:1-14 together. What phrases or verses stand out to you most? Why?
- Pastor Jason asked, "What sin are you babysitting? What pattern have you renamed instead of repenting of it?" How do we tend to excuse or minimize sin in our lives?
- Before listing the virtues we should "put on," Paul reminds us we are "chosen, holy, and dearly loved" (v. 12). Why is it important that our identity is established before our actions?
- Paul says to "put to death" earthly things and "put on" Christ-like virtues. What's one specific thing you need to "put to death" and one thing you need to "put on" this week?
